Sleep challenges are common in autistic and ADHD children. This webinar offers practical, evidence-informed strategies to support better sleep routines, environments, and overall wellbeing, helping parents and carers make meaningful improvements at home.

Understanding the Diagnosis is a 7-week course that focuses on increasing parents’ understanding of their ADHD/autistic child/ teenager and looking at how best to support them.
