Drop-in to our dissertation support space anytime on Wednesday evenings starting January 29 between 6-7:30 pm on Zoom. We are here to help you naigate some of the barriers to completing your dissertation.

This year's Graduate School Orientation includes an on-campus and virtual opening session, resource fair, on-campus tours, and a picnic.

Graduate School socials are designed to foster community and gather feedback about graduate education at Ball State University.

As an enduring value of Ball State University, participants will build their knowledge, skills, and awareness in the areas of diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice within this competency area.

Workshops in this area focus on building students’ capacity to conduct responsible and ethical research through opportunities to learn about IRB, research design, and grant writing.

This competency area centers pedagogy and curriculum and includes workshops designed to help students develop and facilitate inclusive and accessible courses and assess learning outcomes for their students.

Through social events designed to foster belonging among graduate students and workshops aimed at building students’ skillsets in dimensions of wellness, these workshops are facilitated by the Counseling Center & Graduate Student Wellness Initiative.
