Hello, I'm Claire, a qualified executive coach, leadership consultant and SIAMS inspector. I am also a former experienced headteacher, executive head and trust leader, and diocesan deputy director of education.I'm fascinated by leadership. What makes leadership effective? Which micro actions make the biggest difference? How do you best inspire, motivate, empower and mobilise your teams? I am passionate about enabling leaders to thrive professionally and personally in challenging and complex contexts.I'm also intrigued about what women bring to leadership, and whether this is different to men's leadership. Is there such a thing as feminine leadership?I am passionate about bringing women who lead together - whether they are a solopreneur or the CEO of a large organisation. I am building a community of women who support women in leadership and in life. So if you lead, and sometimes the burden of leadership feels heavy, this network is for you.
