Hello, I'm Naomi- a sound therapist based in Sussex. Offering community sound baths to enhance physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.Sound baths provide an opportunity to set aside time for your restoration, and to be transported by meditative sounds and frequencies.During a sound bath I play Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, and gentle percussion. Encouraging you to unwind and create a sense of release through deep relaxation.Sound baths can be supportive with easing tension, stress, offer pain relief and emotional release. They can promote mediative states, insight and clarity and sense of feeling re-energised.
