🌿 Root to Rise: A 7-Week Chakra Yoga Journey

Embark on a serene journey through your body's energy centers with our 7-week Chakra Yoga series. Each week, we'll focus on one of the seven chakras, beginning with the Root Chakra (Muladhara) and culminating at the Crown Chakra (Sahasrara).​

Week 7: Crown Chakra (Sahasrara)
This week invites you to connect with something greater—your higher self, universal wisdom, and divine consciousness. Through mindful, meditative movement, we’ll open to the energy at the crown of the head, inviting stillness, spaciousness, and surrender. This is a space beyond thought, where presence replaces pressure, and clarity arises not from effort but from trust. Allow yourself to simply be—fully present, fully open, and gently attuned to the infinite within and around you.

Yes, the class is fully online, so you can join from anywhere and share a little zen with us, wherever you are. Classes run weekly in Central European Time (CET / UTC+1), and you're warmly welcome to drop in anytime.

Can I join the class anytime ?

Yes, you're absolutely welcome! We'll journey from root to crown, with each class focusing on one specific chakra. Join us for the full flow or simply drop in for the chakra that resonates with you most.

What do I need for this yoga class?

To join this class you only need a yoga mat, comfortable clothes, connection to internet and preferably quiet space for yourself. This class is easy to access for everyone.

Patrícia has been practicing yoga for over 8 years. Her journey began with a Yoga with Adriene video—and from that moment on, she fell in love with both yoga and Adriene.

With a mind often busier than a browser full of tabs, yoga became her sacred pause—a space to breathe, ground herself, and gently return to her center when life felt overwhelming. For her, time on the mat is like a quiet reset where the world can wait (or at least pretend to for a while).

Her classes offer a gentle invitation to reconnect—with body, breath, and the quiet wisdom within. Through mindful movement and calm presence, Patrícia creates a space for students to slow down, explore, and perhaps discover something new about themselves.
