Patrícia has been practicing yoga for over 8 years. Her journey began with a Yoga with Adriene video—and from that moment on, she fell in love with both yoga and Adriene.
With a mind often busier than a browser full of tabs, yoga became her sacred pause—a space to breathe, ground herself, and gently return to her center when life felt overwhelming. For her, time on the mat is like a quiet reset where the world can wait (or at least pretend to for a while).
Her classes offer a gentle invitation to reconnect—with body, breath, and the quiet wisdom within. Through mindful movement and calm presence, Patrícia creates a space for students to slow down, explore, and perhaps discover something new about themselves.
She believes that even in silence, great adventures unfold—alongside small, kind victories (and the occasional giggle in Warrior pose). Her goal is simple: to help people feel good—in their body and in their mood.
