Relations between humans, nature and systems
Meeting Nature is a unique Group Relations Conference exploring the dynamics between humans, nature and systems.
In a time of accelerating climate change, biodiversity loss and growing complexity in our organisations and societies, many of us sense that “business as usual” is no longer enough. Yet we rarely have spaces to explore the deeper forces shaping how we think, feel and act in relation to nature.
Meeting Nature offers such a space.
Over four days in a forest setting in the Netherlands, participants engage in experiential learning in which nature is not a backdrop, but an active presence in the learning field. Through working in and with the natural environment, we explore authority, boundaries, leadership, roles and task — as they emerge in real time between people and within the wider ecosystem.
Learning unfolds through participation, observation and shared reflection. By attending to conscious and unconscious group dynamics, participants are invited to notice blind spots, deepen systemic awareness, and reconnect with meaning and responsibility in an interconnected world.
