Stretch, strengthen, and breathe through a fun and engaging Pilates session. Whether you're a beginner or a pro, this class will be tailored to all levels, so just come ready to move and sweat :))

Pizza & Connect


Time to refuel! Grab a slice (or two!) of delicious pizza and mingle with new friends. Enjoy some light conversation and laughter :))

A final closing circle, in which we focus on grounding techniques to leave you feeling centered and rejuvenated.

In a world of conventional pathways and ordinary life creations in majority, we decided to do things a little different here, to shake things up and become playful (again). This event combines Movement, precisely Pilates, and Pizza - two seemingly controversial aspects when it comes to healthy and mindful living, right?!

At Pilates Bay, we believe that true balance is found not in perfection, but in the harmony between opposites. Pilates, with its emphasis on core strength, mindful movement, and body awareness, is the perfect counterpoint to the indulgence and simple joy that comes with pizza. So why not embrace both? After all, life’s about finding those moments of pleasure while staying grounded in our well-being.

This isn’t just about getting your abs toned or your muscles stretched; it’s about feeling alive and present in the moment. It’s about laughing with friends over a slice of cheesy goodness, followed by a gentle stretch that leaves you feeling refreshed. Whether you’re a Pilates pro or a pizza connoisseur, there’s room for everyone here. We welcome all levels to move, breathe, and enjoy a nourishing experience for the body and soul.

Come dressed in comfortable clothes that you can move in—think stretchy, breathable fabric that allows you to flow with ease through our Pilates session. Don’t forget your water bottle to stay hydrated while you work up a sweat!

Bring your bestie, a loved one, or even just your adventurous self! This is a space for connection and fun, so be ready to open up to new faces and maybe even share a few laughs with strangers who will soon feel like friends.

We’ve got some delightful surprises for you, from tasty treats to little goodies to make your experience even more special. Plus, we’ll be hosting a few sharing circles to encourage deeper connections. It’s an opportunity to reflect, share your journey, and connect with others on a more personal level. So come with an open heart and be ready to engage.

Frequently asked questions

Will there be vegan Pizza too?

Yes absolutely! We order from Pizza Project (best one in town if you ask us), and have a mix of vegan and vegetarian pizza available. Yum!!

Do I have to have experience with Pilates?

Not necessarily. Lena usually asks up front for any injuries or special cases she needs to be aware of to adjust the class if necessary. All levels are welcome and will be satisfied within this class. If you do have any information that we should be aware of beforehand, you can always email us.
