We are offering these workshops free of charge, to start with. After the event, and if you like, you’re welcome to make a donation of 20€. This is to cover the expense the venue. Any profits will go to Giro555.So come to as many as you would like and help us start to create new stories for business, and for ourselves.Each workshop runs from 1500 - 1700.After the session, from 1700 - 1745, for those that want to, there will be an opportunity to explore the methodology of the constellation itself and ask questions.

The story of race, exclusion, stress, uncertainty, presenteeism, attracting top talent. The story of change, sustainability, succession planning, and women in leadership. It's time to tell a new story.

We will explore the themes of inclusion, exclusion and diversity. We’ll take a systemic approach to look at the whole, and do a constellation to explore where we can create movement.The story of exclusion and inclusion is as old as humanity itself.<ul><li>What does it mean for organisations today?</li><li>Should everything that was excluded be included?</li><li>What does diversity really mean?</li><li>How do we make room for those who do not 'automatically' belong?</li></ul>Between 1700 and 1745 will be a 'making of...' moment. A chance to explore the constellation, ask questions and explore the process.

Linda Osnabrug has been In the field of change and communications since 1992. By ‘accident’ she stumbled across systemic work ten years ago. It felt like coming home. She has been trained by The Bert Hellinger Institute as a master constellator in organisational and family systems.Once able to look at matters from a ‘systemic point of view’ it’s impossible to turn that switch off again. Now her work is about guiding people and change at an organisational, team and individual level.Linda lives in Amsterdam.

Ben Wickham is a systemic storyteller and constellator. Stories create clarity. Systemic work creates shifts. He works with family run businesses and corporate clients, creating their new language and narrative. He works with leadership to turn those words in to actions. He describes himself as a ‘theatre director’ creating the script then bringing it to life.As a systemic constellator he is trained to work with the underlying currents in organisations. Going back to the very beginning of where everything began and creating the necessary shifts to allows business to flow today.Ben currently lives in Utrecht
