This is where some sweat might be involved. Expect an elegant and flowing Vinyasa sequence that will make your body feel strong and quiet the mind

Cooling down & breath exercise


After the sweaty part, we will enjoy some well-deserved stretches to unwind. Please make sure you have enough layers (socks and sweater) and bring a towel to wipe off any sweat

🌿 Vinyasa in Oosterpark

Hi everyone! I'm Alice 😇 a yoga teacher and fitness trainer based in Amsterdam, but originally of Italian roots.

Join me for a steady, strength-building Vinyasa flow at📍 the beautiful Oosterpark. What a great location for Alice in Yogaland ✨


Expect:

  • Flowing sequences that build strength and focus
  • An open-air setting that connects you to nature and stillness
  • Modifications for beginners and variations for advanced students will be offered.


Surrounded by trees and birdsong, this class blends challenge with calm. Remember, it's not about going hard but going deep.


What to bring:

  • A mat
  • Blocks if you have them and you usually need them fir your practice. It's not a problem if you don't have them.
  • Water bottle
  • A journal or notebook
  • A pen
  • A towel
  • A sweater and socks for savasana
  • an eye pillow or eye mask for savasana (only if you want)
  • A blanket to use underneath your knees (if you know that you have sensitive knees)

Where is the meeting point exactly?

The meeting point is the Muziekkoepel (NL) Music Dome (ENG) in Oosterpark, Amsterdam. If you look it up on google maps, you can easily find it. If not, you can type the address "Linnaeusstraat 2C".

What kind of clothes should I wear?

Comfortable clothes that you would wear for a sport activity. Make sure to check out the temperature for that day. If it will be rather chilly outside, make sure to wear a warm sweater, especially for savasana. And make sure to bring a towel as well to wipe any sweat

What if it rains?

Rain is certainly a possibility in this country, but no worries, if the weather does not allow to be outside, we will organise the session another time

What is Vinyasa yoga?

Vinyasa yoga is typically one of the strongest kinds of yoga. But don't worry! We will make it accessible to everyone. You can expect a stronger part for the first half and then we will cool down, leaving space for some relaxation a d breathwork.Expect some sweat but also a clear mind and deep relax
