What to Expect

🌿Meet & Greet: Gather at the designated location, followed by science-backed activities and games. Playful immersion into mindfulness and meaning.

Mindful Walk: Connect with ancient trees in Singel Park - the longest park in the Netherlands.

Practice grounding exercises to release old narratives.

SPECIAL HAPPINESS WORKSHOP: In this tour, we shall constellate pain and purpose with trees and follow up with a cleansing ritual to embrace your potential.
