Hi, I am Nuthan, founder of The Happiness Tour (Foundation) and Me Met Me (memetme.com).I spent the first decade of my career traveling to 11 countries for brands like Oreo, only to realize that while the world was getting faster, we were getting lonelier and more burnt out. After overcoming my own battle with depression and insomnia, I pivoted from consumer strategy to human thriving. Today, I’m a happiness researcher and two-time TEDx speaker dedicated to one mission: helping you Slow Down, Savour, and Smile.

My research on happiness is published by Cambridge University Press and is currently being used in the Netherlands to tackle burnout. I’ve had the honor of being recognized by the House of Lords and the UNDP, and I’ve served as faculty at IIMK , JIPMER etc.
