FermenTABLE
FermenTABLE is all about bringing people together through the ancient, delicious, and nourishing art of fermentation. Based in Cambridge and founded by fermentation educator Catalina Brumann, we run hands-on workshops, private sessions, and community events designed to make fermentation fun, approachable, and inspiring for everyone.
What we offer:
- Workshops: Learn to make sauerkraut, kimchi, kombucha, kefir, condiments, and more. Every session includes tastings and a jar of your own ferment to take home.
- Special Events: Join unique experiences like Ferment & Feast (workshop + zero-waste lunch) and Fermentation & Wine Tasting in partnership with local producers.
- Fermentation Parties: A fun way to celebrate with friends — gather 5–6 people and the host goes free. Perfect for birthdays, special occasions, or just an excuse to ferment together.
- One-to-One Sessions: Private workshops tailored to your interests, from specific ferments to focused gut health education.
- Corporate Packages: Bronze, Silver, and Gold options for talks, team-building workshops, and workplace wellbeing sessions. Custom packages available.
