Francesca is also the founder of Brothers In Arms Building Better Lives and The Science of Inner Work Philosophy Healing Modality (TSIWP).

Her unique expert combination of business process solutions and acumen, spiritual wisdom, and healing expertise makes Francesca a unique powerhouse asset to any organization looking to increase performance, ignite employees performance and wellbeing, and maximizing environmental footprint.

Francesca's mission is to teach humanity how to exit cycles of suffering and experience their divinity, in order to save the environment for current and future generations. She is passionate about using mindfulness as a tool for empowerment and incorporating diversity council initiatives to promote inclusion, equity and social impact.

With a background and understanding of what it's like to be a new immigrant in Canada (over 20 years ago), in homelessness and recovery, and professionally successful Corporate career with over a decade of experiences working for some of the largest companies in Canada. Francesca has a deep understanding of the challenges facing marginalized communities and humanity as a whole and the importance of addressing root causes of suffering. She has successfully developed and implemented programs to support men and women in overcoming trauma and building better lives.

Francesca's coaching and healing modalities can be embraced by individuals, non-profits, corporations and government organizations equally. Her Inner Work Journey and Science of Inner Work Philosophy Methodology have been praised for their effectiveness in promoting personal growth, emotional intelligence and sustainable change.
