Who are Future Artists?

Founded in 2009 as an arts collective and co-op, Future Artists has grown, adapted and flourished to become a leading production company for Film, Theatre and Events in the UK.

With several feature film production’s completed – The Lost Generation (2013) and Portal (2015), and award nominated theatre productions (Edfringe Offest award 21 / Times Critics Choice 21) Skank by Clementine Bogg Hargroves.

Future Artists as a company continues to innovate and adapt to creating great art and story’s for a 21st century audience.

In 2023 we showcase new works by Clementine Bogg Hargroves with her latest one woman show ‘ Please Love Me’ at the Pleasance Edfringe23, and Scotland’s own Tartan Table Top – will be premiering their comedy D+D show ‘The never ending quest’ at Edfringe23 at the Gilded Balloon, all shows developed and produced by Future Artists.

We continue to explore the boundaries of new media, via our immersive arts lab series, which see’s a global peer group, come together for design sprints and workshops online and offline to learn about extend reality content creation (VR, AR, Video Games, Esports, Immersive theatre etc) – join our Facebook Group here for more info.

Our event History of Video Games in Bristol, which has been running at Future Artists Studios Bristol since July 2021, has seen over 50,000 Visitors, and is currently looking to expand to other regions of the UK – Because of this success, we have invested in a start up involved in video game education for young people called ‘The Games Academy’ – The Welsh Games Academy is already set up and will be operational this summer.
