Our research focuses on the most applicable theories, tactics and principles found at the intersection of positive psychology, philosophy and creative practices. 

We work with psychologists, educators and other like-minded spirits to translate knowledge into practical and implementable insight. Together, we distill our research into a residency that teaches participants to nurture what is intrinsically nourishing and uplifting to them. The 8-week programme helps people identify, integrate and cultivate the behaviors that contribute to their wellbeing, and empowers them to breed a better life experience for themselves.
