After two decades of college basketball coaching, I saw an alarming shift. Many young athletes were talented but lacked the fundamental movement skills, confidence, and awareness needed to stay healthy and perform at their best.
That realization inspired me to start PYE (Protect Your Energy) , a program built to strengthen not only the body, but the mind and community around it. Through PYEMOVE, kids build balance, coordination, rhythm, and confidence in an environment that feels like play. PYEMOVE is a foundational piece to create a ripple in the water, but PYE is a large umbrella that covers a plethora of necessary skills from PYElite (basketball training) to PYEFIT (training specifically for adult women).
My work goes beyond workouts.
I believe that to truly impact our youth, the whole ecosystem has to be aligned; coaches, parents, and children all learning how to lead, communicate, and grow together. That’s why I train each group physically and mentally, helping us all become our healthiest, strongest, and most focused selves...in sport, at home, and in life.
