Ancestral Constellations is a  transgenerational process that explores Diaspora family life. It is a Western therapeutic approach with an Indigenous ritual edge.  It is also an ancestral practice.

I have developed this modality for Diaspora families and communities, drawing on my personal and professional experience as a Family Constellations practitioner and indigenous African ancestral guide. 

In my personal life, I am on a journey to reconnect to my Caribbean family heritage in South America and my ancestral lineage in West Africa.I have over 30+ years experience working therapeuticlally in organisations and specialist knowledge working with BIPOC individuals, families and communities.

Facilitation and Consultation

I facilitate ancestral constellations workshops in-person and online. I also offer one-to-one consultations and small group sessions with between 2-4 family memebrs who want to come and do their family work together.

My vision is to bring more people of colour to constellations work as it offers a different perspective from many talking therapies. It is an interactive and experiential guided process that produces profound results by bringing more harmony and balance to transgenerational family life.
