Trauma and stress don't just live in the mind, they stay in the body. You may feel it as tightness, restlessness, or emotional heaviness. Developed by Dr. David Berceli, Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE®) are designed to help you gently release stored tension and stress through simple, natural movements.

Combined with the deep relaxation of a Sound Bath, this session will guide you through a powerful process to discharge stress, reset your nervous system, and leave you feeling calm, grounded, and restored.

What to Expect

✨ Sound Bath: Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other instruments, designed to calm your mind and body, guiding you into a state of deep relaxation.

✨ TRE®: Simple, guided movements help release built-up tension and bring your body back into balance.

✨ Deep Relaxation & Empowerment: Learn to listen to your body’s wisdom and let go of what no longer serves you. Walk away feeling empowered with tools you can practice at home to continue your journey of stress release and relaxation.

Meet Your Facilitators

This session will be led by Susanne Grimms, a certified TRE® Practitioner, and Faith Cheong, a certified Sound Therapy Practitioner and Founder of Inner Resonance Collective. Together, they combine years of experience in coaching, somatic practices, and forest and sound therapy to create a supportive and nourishing space for you to relax, release, and restore.

🔹 This is an accessible practice for all fitness levels, whether you're new to these techniques or have experience.

🔹 If you have any medical or physical limitations, please consult your doctor before trying TRE®. Normally, these exercises are safe for stress reduction or to release muscle tension.

🔹 This event requires a minimum of 7 participants. If canceled due to low participation, you will be notified at least two weeks in advance.

🔹 Latecomers will not be permitted to maintain the flow and integrity of the session.
