We have the great pleasure to invite you to the award ceremony of the 2023 Harvard Leadership Prize.
The Board of Directors of the Harvard Club of Belgium has decided to award the 2023 Leadership Prize to Professor Emile Boulpaep. Professor Boulpaep is one of the leading physiology and nephrology specialists, Professor of Cellular and Molecular Physiology at the Yale School of Medicine, author of the influential work Medical Physiology and President of the Belgian American Educational Foundation (BAEF), the leading independent philanthropy fostering friendship through higher education between Belgium and the USA.
With the Harvard Leadership Prize our Club aims to recognize the exemplary way in which Professor Boulpaep embodied the values of integrity, fairness, courage and persistence. He did so not only in his international academic and research career but also as a leader of the BAEF, allowing so many young people to pursue their dreams in academics, research, politics, or business.
The award ceremony with seated dinner will take place on:
