Elke eerste dinsdag van de maand treden studenten van het Conservatorium van Amsterdam op in de Posthoornkerk. Ontdek nieuw talent als eerste in deze serie van Stadsherstel en het Conservatorium.

Alexandre Lutz Garcia was born in Paris in 1998 where, propelled by his parents, he began his musical studies at 3 years old, playing both piano and violin. Afterwards, Alexandre made his first steps in higher education at the “Conservatorio superior de Alicante”, where he met the Spanish pianist Francisco Escoda, who became his teacher and mentor. Thanks to him, Alexandre Lutz expanded his perspective on music studies and with professor Escoda’s counsels, he was able to pursue a cycle of superior studies at the Schola Cantorum of Paris, in parallel to his education in Spain. In France, Alexandre was accepted in the class of the American pianist Eugen Indjic.
In 2020 he moved to the Netherlands to pursue a master’s degree with professor Naum Grubert at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam. After his graduation, Alexandre decided to specialize in repetiteurship, still in Amsterdam with Naum Grubert and Hanna Shibayeva. Alongside piano solo training, Alexandre has also been very active in the domain of chamber music, one his passions, as he integrated many groups such as piano trio, piano quintet, and duo with different instruments like the violin, the cello or the oboe among others. He frequently participates in piano competitions like “Ibiza International competition” (First prize) or “Ciudad de Albacete piano competition” (First prize), among others.
