Over dit evenement

Courageous Conversations are dialogue or discussions that require individuals to show bravery, vulnerability, and openness in addressing difficult, challenging, or uncomfortable topics. These conversations often involve confronting biases, acknowledging privilege, and discussing sensitive issues related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

LAUDACE’s Courageous Conversations Series aims to inspire and empower attendees to take action towards creating a more equitable and inclusive workplace culture. Through this event series proposal, we want to offer a brave and inclusive space to discuss and explore topics related to DEI in society at large, through an intersectional lens.

Dive deep into the layers of internalized oppression. From misogyny, ableism, racism, ageism, homophobia and more, we'll explore how societal prejudices can be internalized and discuss strategies to challenge and overcome these ingrained biases.

We are committed to raising awareness and destigmatising the physical and mental health consequences of systemic inequities faced by people from historically marginalised backgrounds in the workplace and beyond.
