LUMC and MSF Holland are hosting a forum discussion on the topic #NotATarget. Together with the Kalshoven-Gieskes Forum on International Humanitarian Law at Leiden Law School and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, they will discuss the topic of violence against medical staff and facilities in conflict situations. After introductions from each of the panel members, there will be room for questions and discussion.
