We spend so much of our time focussing on the events happening outside of us. Wondering why things go as they go. But what if we looked inside ourselves? Exploring our experience in the present moment as it unfolds with curiosity and interest instead of judgment.

Research shows that we are distracted 46 percent of the time during the day, that is almost half of our lives that we are not here. In this workshop, you become aware of the importance of presence in our everyday lives. You will notice when the mind has wandered and how to bring it back. You will have the tools to decide when and what you want to focus on.
