Grounded in Nature: A Mindfulness and Self-Reflection Experience

Join me for a gentle and nourishing mindful walk in the forest, where we’ll slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the present moment.
As a psychologist who loves nature, I’ve designed this 2-hour experience to blend mindfulness, movement, and guided self-reflection. Together, we’ll explore how being in nature can quiet the mind and open space for insight and calm.
What to expect:
- A short welcome & grounding exercise
- Guided mindful walk in silence
- Quiet time for self-reflection or journaling
- Closing sharing circle (optional participation)
You’ll receive a few gentle prompts to guide your reflection and an optional follow-up email with mindfulness practices you can continue at home.
At the end, we’ll enjoy a cup of tea or coffee together before heading home feeling refreshed and centered.
Practical details:
- Duration: approx. 2 hours
- Group size: max. 12 participants
- Location: Castricum
- Please wear comfortable shoes and clothing suitable for outdoor walking.
- Bring a notebook and pen if you’d like to journal.
In case of heavy rain, the event will be rescheduled or refunded.
This is a gentle, inclusive space — no prior mindfulness experience needed.
