No prior meditation experience is needed. The event is designed to help you relax and release stress, so just come as you are. The Sound Bath will help you enter a meditative state naturally, and TRE® will encourage you to stay connected to your body.

Is emotional release expected during the event?

Emotional releases can sometimes occur as the practices may bring up past traumas or strong emotions. This is a normal part of the process. If this happens, the facilitators will be there to support you. You can also take breaks or pause if you need to process your emotions.

We ask that participants remain for the full duration of the event to fully experience the benefits of both the TRE® and Sound Bath. A planned bio break is scheduled at 17:00 however, if you absolutely need to step out for a toilet break or another reason, please do so quietly.
