Event: How to finance the multiple benefit business case in cities

Are you interested in learning how to apply blended finance and the multiple benefit business case to your city? Then this event is perfect for you! During the event we will explore innovative strategies and practical approaches to fund urban projects that bring multiple benefits to communities.
In 2023 the Netherlands will focus on placemaking and the building of a platform for codification and dissemination of current knowledge, concrete cases and leading research on the topic of multiple benefits business models (value cases) and new practices of blended finance in the context of a new task within the IEA Cities TCP.
On 18th October we will organise a conference (max. 100 invited (inter)national stakeholders and IEA members) that will focus on the new area of blended finance rooted in the multiple benefits business model (Value cases). The RAI (https://www.rai.nl/en) will be an inspiring example of the challenges and opportunities we face when we focus on multiple benefit cases and blended finance. During the day we will work and learn in plenary and parallel sessions from practical cases and latest insights from research. The day will be one of the foundations and inputs for an action-research task initialisation in the IEA Cities TCP (https://cities-tcp.org/).
