Meet Burgundy’s Rising Star: Grand Cru & Premier Cru with Quentin Jeannot
Overzicht
Why This Event
Great Burgundy bottles taste even better when the winemaker is in the room.
This exclusive evening brings Quentin Jeannot, one of Burgundy’s rising talents, to Amsterdam for an intimate tasting featuring Grand Cru Corton, three Premier Crus, and beautifully expressive Village and Regional wines.
Domaine Jeannot is a family-run estate founded in 1999 in Meursault, now farming 10–11 hectares across Meursault, Maranges, Santenay and Pommard. Quentin, the second-generation winemaker, has expanded the domaine to nearly 20 appellations, while keeping a clear focus on southern Côte de Beaune.
The domaine works entirely by hand, avoiding heavy machinery to keep soils alive and healthy. Their whites show minerality, florality and balance, while their reds combine ripe Pinot fruit with depth and structure — serious yet still under-the-radar Côte de Beaune wines.
Jeannot is increasingly recognised by importers worldwide as one of the exciting young names of Burgundy.
Taste his wines before the hype catches up, in an intimate 15-person setting.
Small plates and cheese from Bistrot Neuf complete the evening.
