Thinking about renting or buying a new construction home, but not sure where to start? During this free event, internationals will gain clear insights into how the Dutch new-build housing market works, what to look out for in contracts, and how to turn a new property into a fully turn-key home.

This event is hosted by Rabobank in cooperation with Expat Housing Center and brings together trusted professionals who support internationals throughout their housing journey.

• How to decide whether renting or buying a newly built home is the right step for you as an international in the Netherlands.
• How mortgages for new-build homes work, explained in clear and practical terms during Rabobank’s mortgage presentations at 14:00 and 14:45.
• How to make your new property move-in ready, from flooring and lighting to furniture, styling, and artwork.

To make the event accessible for families, a kids’ corner will be available during the event, hosted by Bridge the Gap and Learn With Me, led by a exceptional and much-loved English teacher. While you focus on your housing questions, your children can enjoy a safe and engaging space.
