On Tuesday November 4, 2025 from 13:00–17:00 (with networking drinks to follow), NVFG is hosting Biotech Day 2.0, themed: From ‘Oh Sh*t!’ to Insight – What Biotech Needs Now

Parking:
Good to know that it is not possible to park at our building. The nearest parking options are the Olympos parking garage or the P+R Utrecht Science Park.

12:30–13:00: Walk in and registration including coffee and tea

13:00–13:15: Welcome and Scene Setting
Moderator: Sabine Hutchison (Seuss+)

13:15–14:00: TED-Style Power Talks
Short talks designed to spark open discussion later in the day.

Fees:
NVFG members – free
Non NVFG Members – 95 Euro
Students – 20 Euro (a valid student ID card must be shown at the conference registration desk)

If you are not a NVFG member yet, but decide to join the NVFG during the congress on 4 November, your congress admission will be free, and you will not pay any membership fee for the remainder of 2025. The membership fee for 2026 will be € 185. You can indicate during registration process if you wish to become a member of the NVFG on 4 November.
