During the course of the lessons, we explore in our body the architecture of standing and some of the fundamental forces that can inform a healthier stance in life.

Therefore, this classes offer practices rooted in a ancient chi kung system and trauma-informed structures, which encourage a coherent dance between polar forces in the body. And bridge our biology with the larger dance of the Earth.

We cultivate the ability to slow down. To feel. To locate body in space.

And to tap into the life-giving energies available in our untamed selves.

We engage in easy-to-follow practices, such as:

- still chi kung (zhan zhuang, archetypical postures for health)

- eight brocade pieces

- slow movement

- meditations

- auto massage

You can attend per session or apply for the whole series of 8 lessons. No previous experience with chi kung is required.
