Caroline is a bioscience engineer who has built a career defined by versatility. From forestry studies to logistics in the brewing industry, IT consultancy, and now senior project management at Belfius Insurance, she thrives on adapting her skills across diverse environments while championing sustainability within her roles.
In her current role she leads major initiatives, launching new insurance products and rolling out innovative Belfius app features, but also drives ESG programs, educating colleagues and embedding sustainability into operations. Her career illustrates how a generalist mindset can be a powerful strategic advantage in both in the consulting and corporate environment.
Hanane Khiel - Consultant at BrightWolves
Keynote: Building a fulfilling career as a consultant
Hanane combines a strong academic background with hands-on experience in the healthcare and tech sectors. Holding a Master’s in IT and a degree in Biomedical Sciences, she began her career as a Data Scientist and AI Engineer, then spent a couple of years at an eHealth-focused VC and incubator, where she supported early-stage startups.
Today, Hanane works as a consultant, driving digital transformation at BrightWolves. Her work spans leading complex projects, improving hospital operations, and bringing large-scale digital applications into production. Passionate about innovation and collaboration, she thrives in dynamic environments where technology meets real-world impact.

BrightWolves HQ is located at Culliganlaan 2C, 1831 Machelen, Belgium. From Brussels, take the R0 ring road (Brussels outer ring) and exit at Diegem / Machelen (Exit 5). Follow signs to Machelen and then to Culliganlaan. The HQ is in the business park area, look for parking nearby on Culliganlaan.

Yes! There are private meeting rooms next door. They are not equipped with a fridge, mats, ... but they are free to use if necessary. If we can prepare anything to accommodate you, send us a message just to be sure!
We will serve vegetarian and vegan finger foods. Non-alcoholic drinks will be provided during the entire event. If you have any special allergies, eat GF or other requirements, please let us know!
