General description
The training helps you incorporate mindfulness in your personal leadership style, so you can be more informed in life– all while being a more thoughtful leader. You’ll discover how mindfulness can help improve decision-making and communication skills, manage daily life challenges and more.
Welcome to the Eifel!
Our tiny group will meet in the morning for 2.5 hours to practise mindful movements and learn more about your personal mindful leadership style. The rest of the day you are free to benefit from the beautiful Eifel nature.
We reserved seven single rooms for your stay at Hotel Eifelsteig. Please book your accomodation directly at Hotel Eifelsteig and refer to our arrangement.
This hotel is alongside the famous Eifelsteig is the long-distance hiking trail through the Eifel. It connects the historic cities of Aachen in North Rhine-Westphalia and Trier in Rhineland Palatinate, and offers so much impressive nature in between.
This hotel is alos part of a thermal bath, where you can enjoy your individual wellness treatments and relax in a sauna park.
Course Content Overview
In small group of max. 7 persons we meet daily from 10:00 am - 12:30 PM CET.
Key ideas are clearly explained with the aid of presentations, group activities and experiential exercises.
- Preparation: Fill in pre-questionnaire.
- Day 1: Focusing your attention
- Day 2: Observing the Mind-Body Connection
- Day 3: Minding the gap
- Day 4: Recognising that thoughts are not facts
- Day 5: Turning towards difficulties
- Day 6: Developing intention
- Follow up: Fill in post-questionnaire.
