RRC Pilates Run
Welcome to the RRC Pilates Run event! Join us for a fun morning of pilates and running in the Jordaan. Get ready to stretch, strengthen, and sweat with the lovely Lynn Klaase who will be leading a STOTT Pilates session. The event consists of a 1,2km warm up run, 30-40 minutes of pilates and a 1,2km cool down run. Whether you're a seasoned runner or new to pilates, this event is perfect for all fitness levels. We will be starting and ending at Recover where you can treat yourself to a delicious coffee and high protein treat when we're done :) PS. Please remember your mats for the pilates part x
