You’re almost on break.

This small-group session offers you a space to:

  • Gently reduce stressors and mental load
  • Physically release stress through movement, laughter, and breath
  • Emotionally recover with reflection, rest, and creativity

  • Guided rest and recovery practices
  • A take-home action plan to ease into summer

Who is this workshop for?

This session is for working adults (20–50s) who feel mentally tired and want to start their summer feeling lighter. It’s especially relevant if you’ve been juggling work, life, and stress—and need space to reset before your vacation.

What language will the session be in?

The workshop will be held in English. You’re welcome to participate even if English isn’t your first language. The activities are simple, and clear explanations will be provided.

What should I bring to the session?

A notebook or journal, pen, water bottle, comfortable clothes. We’ll have coffee, tea, water, and some healthy snacks available to keep you fueled and comfortable throughout.

Will there be breaks during the session?

Yes. There are two short breaks built into the 3-hour session to give you time to recharge, stretch, and connect informally with others. We’ll also have coffee, tea, water, and some healthy snacks available to keep you fueled and comfortable throughout.

Can I come alone? Will I need to interact a lot?

Absolutely, many participants come solo. You’ll have chances to reflect privately, talk in pairs or small groups, and share in ways that feel natural. Sharing is encouraged but always optional.

What if I can’t make it after registering?

Tickets are non-refundable, but you’re welcome to transfer your spot to a friend or colleague. Just let me know their name and email in advance.
