Guided by Arben Sinani, we’ll flow through an energising yoga session using silent disco headphones, then close with a grounding, collective OM as the city wakes up.

Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?

Yes, headphones are included in your ticket and will be provided on arrival.

What kind of yoga will we be doing?

A gentle, all-levels flow designed to energize and ground you — perfect for both beginners and experienced practitioners.

Where exactly in Vondelpark will we meet?

Meet by the Picasso fish statue no later than 7:45 AM.

What if it rains?

The event will go ahead in light drizzle - please dress accordingly. In case of severe weather, we’ll notify you by email the day before with an update or postponement info.

Can I get a refund if I can’t make it?

Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event. After that, tickets are non-refundable - but you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend.

Can I buy a ticket on the day?

Only if the event isn’t sold out. We strongly recommend booking in advance, as spots are limited to 100 participants.
