Je plaatst je gewenste kerngevoelens in het middelpunt van je leven.

Ja, ja, dat doe je.

Je weet hoe je je wilt voelen. En je hebt een heel goed idee van wat je kunt doen, hebben en ervaren - en denken en geloven - om jezelf zo te voelen. Elke dag. Sommige mensen gaan hun hele leven op de automatische piloot, maar jij hebt zojuist een code gekraakt om met open ogen te leven.

Nu is het tijd om jezelf te wijden aan het realiseren van wat je het liefst wilt.

De Desire Map Workshop Level 2 is de praktische toepassing van de gewenste kerngevoelens die je hebt geïdentificeerd in de Level 1 Workshop. Dit is waar duidelijkheid en actie samenkomen.

In het volgende niveau van het Desire Map-proces zul je:

1. Onderzoek doen naar de percepties van doelen en het stellen van doelen in relatie tot ambitie, externe goedkeuring en 'succes'.

De meeste mensen zullen ten minste één gedragspatroon identificeren dat verband houdt met het stellen van doelen en dat hun vermogen tot vrijheid heeft beperkt. In deze workshop creëren we een veilige ruimte die je zal helpen je relatie met doelen zinvol te heroriënteren in een relatie die je helpt te doen, hebben en ervaren wat je het liefst wilt voelen.

2. Identificeer een handvol doelen of intenties die in lijn zijn met je kerngevoelens en maak een plan om ze te ondersteunen.

Misschien wil je geen doelen stellen. Misschien wil je wel honderd doelen stellen die zijn gekoppeld aan nauwkeurige meetwaarden. Ik vind het allemaal goed. Ik ben hier om je te ondersteunen tijdens je reis.

HIER IS HET PROBLEEM MET DE TRADITIONELE MANIER VAN DOELEN STELLEN:

Intenties en doelen zijn hulpmiddelen voor bevrijding. Dus als we het nastreven van doelen als een hamer gebruiken, kan dit ons zelfrespect, onze relaties en creativiteit in de weg staan. Het stellen van het doel, het nastreven en het bereiken van het doel wordt verondersteld goed te voelen.

Je goed voelen is waar het om gaat.

DOELEN MET EEN ZIEL

Als je duidelijk weet hoe je je het liefst wilt voelen, keer je het traditionele stellen van doelen binnenstebuiten. Constant racen om succes zorgt voor het stellen van gewoontes en onbewuste doelen. Deze intenties en doelen -workshop gaat je helpen opnieuw te leren hoe je je dromen kunt verwezenlijken - met vertrouwen en goed geplaatste toewijding. Hoe meer je kiest voor jouw gewenste kerngevoelens tegenover jouw externe doelstellingen, des te gelukkiger zal je worden. Ga voor de doelen die je geest voeden, met je kerngevoelens als kompas. Doelen met een ziel geven je energie.

You know how you want to feel. And you’ve got a really good idea of what you can do, have, and experience — and think and believe — to help yourself feel that way. Every day. Some people go their entire lives on an autopilot, but you’ve just cracked a code to wide-awake living.

Now it’s time to take aim and devote yourself to actualizing what you want the most.

The Desire Map Workshop Level 2 is the practical application of the core desired feelings that you identified in the Level 1 Workshop. This is where clarity meets action.

In the next level of the Desire Map process, you will:

1. Explore perceptions of goals and goal-setting in relationship to ambition, external approval, and “success.”

Most people will identify at least one pattern of behavior related to goal-setting that has been restricting their capacity for freedom. In this workshop, we create a safe space that will help you meaningfully reorient your relationship with goals into one that helps you do, have, and experience what you most desire to feel.

2. Identify a handful of goals or intentions that are aligned with your core desired feelings and create a plan to support them.

You may not want to set any goals. You might want to set one hundred goals that are attached to precise measurables. All of that is totally good with me. I am here to support you in your journey.

HERE’S THE PROBLEM WITH TRADITIONAL GOAL SETTING:

Intentions and goals are tools for liberation. So when we use goal chasing like a hammer, it can beat up on our self-esteem, relationships, and creativity. Setting the goal, pursuing it, and achieving the goal is supposed to feel good.

Feeling good is the whole point.

When you are clear on how you most want to feel, you turn traditional goal setting inside out. Constant racing for success creates habitual and unconscious goal-setting. The Intentions & Goals workshop is going to help you relearn how to move toward your dreams — with trust and well-placed devotion. The more you choose your core desired feelings over your external objectives, the more content you will become. Go after the goals that nourish your spirit, with your core desired feelings as the compass. Goals with Soul will energize you.
