5. Amphitheatre: Workshops, community sharings, and collective closing sessions

What time does the event start?

Check-in begins at 09:00. First session (Cacao Ceremony) starts at 09:45 sharp.

Can I attend all the sessions?

Yes, all sessions are included in your ticket. They operate on a first come, first served basis for space-limited sessions.

Are massages included?

Massages are offered on-site and can be booked on the day at an additional cost.

When does the event end?

The final experience is the Ecstatic Dance & Prosecco Bar starting at 18:30. The event wraps up at 21:00.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

No - all tickets must be purchased online in advance.

Can I come for just part of the day?

Yes, you’re free to come and go as you like - this is your day.

Are dogs allowed?

No, unfortunately pets are not permitted.

Are group discounts available?

Yes, our Flow 4-Pack is €295 - a savings of €85 when you come with friends.

What’s the refund policy?

Full refunds available up to 7 days before the event.

What happens if it rains?

In case of severe weather, we’ll inform all attendees in advance and share updated plans.

Where is Basecamp and how do I get there?

Basecamp is located in Amsterdam West near De Tijn. • By bike: Dedicated cycle path, racks available • By Uber: Set drop-off point at front entrance • By public transport: Tram/metro options will be listed on your ticket confirmation

Will there be food available?

Yes - local vendors will offer snacks, healthy meals, coffee, tea, and treats all day.

Is there a coat check?

Yes, secure coat check is included.

Is a yoga mat included?

No - but you can add one for €9 during checkout. Premium quality, and yours to keep.
