5 Days of Total Immersion in the Wim Hof Method
Are you ready for an epic adventure? Are you willing to take an immersive and deep dive?
This Inner Mountain Expedition to Canada, at the quiet shores of Granary Lake (Magog Lake), is specially designed for people who want to go all in and experience the deepest layers of the Wim Hof Method and complementing techniques. Do you want to immerse yourself into all there is to learn about the Wim Hof Method? Or are you a trainer, a coach or someone who is looking take their practice and live to a next level?
This training is for you.
The week will be centered around mastering the 3 pillars of the Wim Hof Method: breathing, cold exposure and mindset. In a playful yet highly focussed way you will train your nervous-, immune-, and cardiovascular system while boosting your energy flow. To go deeper into the pillars we will use complementary techniques like meditation, (yin)yoga, NLP and functional movement. All together adding to a happier, healthier and stronger natural state of being.
An important point of focus will be the implementation into daily life.
The breathtaking Canadian landscape will be the ground from which you’ll build and test a whole new mastery of body and mind. Daniel Kluken is a international high performance trainer and certified senior train the trainer Wim Hof Method Trainer. For years he is teaching alongside Wim Hof himself. Together with Ingvild Molenaar who trains Olympic athletes, business owners and other high performers in longivity you will know that you will be in good hands.
Under there expert guidance you will venture out into Canadian nature. Swimming in the (frozen)lake, hicking in the snowy woods, intense breathing sessions and so much more will help you get in tune with your true nature. Challenge yourself and reach from the depths of your being to ignite the fire inside!

The expedition is suitable for all levels of experience, and all ages from 18 and upwards. There will be a max. of 18 participants.

Accomodation
The accommodation is situated at the quiet shores of Granary Lake (Magog Lake), a private lake surrounded by mountains and a beautiful scenery of Ontario, Canada. You will stay in classic cottages, with shared rooms.
Traveling
Fly on Sudbury, Ontario, Canada.

Online pre-Training
You’ll get access to the exclusive Inner Mountain Facebook Group. In this group the trainers will share tips and practices to help you prepare for the Expedition. And you’ll get the chance to join in on a Live Online (Breathing) Training.

First of all, thank you, for using one of the most valuable things you have to view this profile. Using your valuable time to watch this probably means you take the effort to research a trainer that is a good fit for you.
EXPERIENCE (read more for the whole overview):
- I led the first big winter travels with Wim and two other instructors
- 15 Expeditions were led by me
- People from 35 countries were educated by me in the Wim Hof Method and other peak performance strategies
- I trained people in Poland, Canada, Iceland, Israel, Norway, US and of course in our own small country
- I am a teacher at the Wim Hof Method academy where we create new instructors
- In Stroe where the Dutch Wim Hof Method center is I educate people
- I trained tv-stars, euro politicians, millionaires, top athletes and even lawyers (they are human too)
You want to work with me if you want to learn the Wim Hof Method inside out in a down to earth way. You will learn the WHY that will give you a clear understanding why you can use a technique in a certain moment. (In sports, you will use the method in a different way then for everyday use.) The HOW will teach you how to do it and of course the WHAT for which results can you expect.
As a Dutch guy, I was fortunate enough to meet Wim in the early days. Because of this I became one of the first instructors in the world and together with Wim and his family I did some pretty awesome stuff.
Originally, I worked in the corporate world but in 2012, I sold everything like my house, cars and other stuff I really didn’t need. From that moment on I went on a constant mission to research the science and mental attitude of our modern-day superheroes.
I learned from the best in the world like John Grinder (the mentor of Tony Robbins), Tony Robbins, Andy Harrington and monks that meditated for three years in a cave. After working with so many people I must be an idiot If I didn’t see patterns of excellence. Those patterns I share with you so that you can unlock your super powers too.
