🌿 Empowering Women’s Health Through Holistic Approaches 🌿

The intention behind this event is to inspire curiosity and empower women to approach their health and well-being in a preventative, holistic way.

This panel discussion is for:

  • All women who are curious about improving their health and well-being.
  • All men who want to better understand women’s health and learn how to support the women in their lives.
  • Corporate professionals — People Managers, HR, Wellbeing, or Employee Benefits professionals — who want to gain a deeper understanding of women’s health needs across different life phases, which can offer valuable insights for supporting women, including in the workplace.

The goal of the discussion is to empower participants with tools from various modalities combining Western and Eastern medicine.

The session will be split into two main parts:

  • guided discussion
  • Q&A.

For the guided discussion, we will do our best to collect as many questions from our participants as we can, so also in this part, we can share the topics that are relevant to participants who join us that day.

Panelists:

  • Morgane Leten - Nutrition & Fertility Coach | Co-Founder of Guud Woman | Author of Decode Your Cycle, Het Cyclus Kompas, and Het Cyclus Kookboek | Women's Health Advocate

  • Suze Retera - Psychologist, Trauma Therapist, TRE Provider, Orthomolecular & Epigenetic Therapist, Yoga Trainer

Moderator: Kasia Pokrop, Co-founder at 3mbrace Health & Mamamoon

About 3mbrace Health (Mamamoon):

This panel discussion is hosted by the 3mbrace Health team (formerly known as Mamamoon).

3mbrace Health is on a mission to assist women at every phase of their lives — the three Ms, as we call it: Menstruation, Motherhood, and Menopause.

We believe women deserve tailored support at every stage of their health journey. That’s why we offer a range of solutions — from expert-led events and webinars to community gatherings and specialist talks — designed to meet the unique needs of each life phase.

Our first digital proposition, the Mamamoon app, is dedicated to supporting women through the Motherhood phase, helping them prepare for birth and postpartum with tools like yoga, breathing, mindfulness, nutrition, lifestyle guidance, and more.

Together, we’re reshaping how women experience their health — at every phase of our lives.

Our mission

Equals strives for equality and more diversity in the workforce. We are committed to supporting women* in the growth and development of their careers. By working together, and by celebrating and championing our members and partners, we bring out the best in everybody.

The problem

  • Only 8 % of all startups in Amsterdam have a woman as founder.
  • Only 8% of investments in Amsterdam went to women-led startups.
  • Only 18 % of people working in tech in the Netherlands are women, while this is the fastest growing industry.
  • 10th place in Europe when it comes to the representation of women leaders and women working in the European Tech Startup Ecosystem (report by Startup Genome).

What we do

We operate based on three pillars

Visibility : We’re creating more visibility for inspiring women, because role models are important for changed behaviour and beliefs.

Academy : We’re creating education and career opportunities for women in tech and entrepreneurship.

Memberclub : We’re creating a community of ambitious women that are here to connect, grow, support and empower each other.

*Our space is inclusive of all women, non-binary, agender and gender non-conforming people, and others who identify with our mission. Self-definition is at the sole discretion of that individual. If you feel you could benefit from a space meant for people who care about our mission, you are welcome.
