Queer Unplugged is a movement toward mindful tech use, deeper community, and radical self-care.

We host phone-free, in-person events designed to help LGBTQIA+ people to:

● Disconnect from screens to reduce digital overwhelm and regulate the nervuos system

● Reconnect authentically with yourself and others through workshops, music, art, nature, and other immersive experiences

● Celebrate queerness without the performative pressures of social media
