Concerts on the Green, presented by St. John’s Church in Waterbury, Connecticut, has been established to meet a community need for an inviting, mid-sized venue dedicated to artistic excellence and broad musical expression. The series showcases a range of genres while intentionally elevating local and regional artists. Performances take place in the beauty and acoustical richness of our 19th-century Gothic church – featuring a world-class pipe organ – as well as the intimate setting of our library, offering both expansive and close-up musical experiences. Through this series, we seek to foster connection, celebrate creativity, and contribute meaningfully to the cultural vitality of Waterbury.
