About the Founder— Human-Centered Leadership for Sustainable Change

Jessica Tangelder is the founder and driving force behind HOST2Transform, a leadership, business innovation, and transformation consultancy she has been building since 2010.

With academic backgrounds in Business Innovation, Sociology, Corporate Anthropology, and International Relations, Jessica combines analytical depth, human dynamics with entrepreneurial action. Having lived and worked in Australia, Costa Rica, the United States, India, and Europe, she has developed the ability to bridge cultures, disciplines, and sectors.

Her career spans business, government, education, entrepreneurship, and social impact. She worked for the Dutch Mission to the United Nations and Deloitte Consulting, where she helped build transformation capabilities and led leadership, culture, and behavioral change programs. At age 27, she became one of the youngest lecturers at Nyenrode Business University and contributed to pioneering ESG initiatives around healthcare, inclusion, and sustainability.

Today, Jessica brings more than 15 years of experience in leadership, organizational development, culture transformation, and business innovation. She collaborates with consultancy firms in the Netherlands and internationally, and delivers executive programs for Oxford Management Centre across Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Gulf region, serving participants from multinational corporations, public-sector organizations, and SMEs. Through HOST2Transform, she certifies executives and licenses professionals and consultants and consultancy firms, with a mission to scale human-centered leadership for sustainable change.

Her work integrates systems thinking, behavioral neuroscience, and social anthropology to help leaders navigate complexity, build trust, and achieve lasting results. Known for combining strategic rigor with genuine human connection, she helps leaders see both the bigger picture and the human dynamics—such as psychological safety— that drive performance.

Based in Amsterdam and working internationally, Jessica delivers keynotes, lectures, and leadership programs focused on transformation, business innovation, and systemic change.
