Mel Rubin is a Brooklyn-based hip hop improv performer, improv teacher, workshop facilitator, and money coach. She has traveled the country leading workshops for companies like Google, Nike, The Atlantic Festival, PwC and Deloitte. She recently hosted the Glamour Women of the Year awards with the women of freestyle+, where she performed for Beyonce, Sophia Bush, Taraji P. Henson, Suni Lee, Billie Eilish and Anna Wintour (to name a few). She is a member of the longest running hip hop improv group in NYC, North Coast. Mel loves to bring the joy of improv and the foundations of personal finance to as many people that will let her. She especially loves empowering women to take up space in places they never felt confident in.
