Lucy Ascham has been teaching the Alexander Technique since 2003 to help people better learn and understand how to live in their body. This can help resolve pain, find more ease, confidence and achieve your potential in your chosen activity. As a Family & Systemic Constellation facilitator, Lucy has been working in person, with groups and on line since 2018. She is an ongoing student with Sarah Peyton Empathy Brain and training as a Resonant Healing Language practitioner.
