Action Mental Health is a local charity based in Northern Ireland.

AMH changes the lives of those living with mental ill health and promotes resilience and wellbeing to future generations.

Services are located across Northern Ireland and include recovery based services for adults living with mental ill-health and resilience building services for schools, community groups and workplaces.
