Hi, I’m David Sanchez! I’m passionate about building community and helping people connect through shared experiences. Based in Long Beach, I host events throughout LA and OC that bring people together to enjoy all the amazing activities our area has to offer.

Whether it’s paddleboarding in Long Beach, hiking local trails, golfing, beach cleanups, happy hours, or even the occasional speed dating night just for fun, my goal is to create welcoming spaces where people can meet, explore, and thrive.

When I’m not organizing events, I’m a full-time real estate agent and team leader at Living CA Realty. I believe in living fully, connecting deeply, and supporting the neighborhoods we love.
