Dementia Pathfinders CIC is a not-for-profit social enterprise providing learning opportunities, resources and services, to enable people with dementia and their families to live with hope, creativity and meaning.

"We believe that people living with dementia and family carers are pivotal to improving knowledge, understanding and skills in the health and care workforce, and to creating inclusive and compassionate communities."

We offer an array of training and workshop opportunities including Circle Dance for People Living with Dementia and Cognitive Stimulation Therapy. Dementia Pathfinders are an Open College Network London Region approved centre and provide Level 2 and 3 ‘Award in Awareness of Dementia’ qualification, which is nationally recognised. We also provide creative learning opportunities through our variety of community activities which are designed specifically for individuals living with dementia, their carers and families.
