​My solutions for inclusive leadership are based on best practices around the globe and the real life experience of hundreds of leaders. I summarized all the lessons learned into a model based on 5 drivers for real change. In my vlog Inclusive Leaders Connect, I talk to those leaders and managers actually doing it. Don't reinvent the wheel, learn from others.

I never stop learning. Recently I succeeded the INSEAD Gender Diversity Program. I am co-author of the book 'Who run the world, the power of female leadership' and frequently share my expertise in different media. Women develop their full potential in my Fierce Ladies Tribe, the network that grew from www.straffemadammen.com, making women more visible in media, on conference stages and in companies. I started the network in 2013 to over 2500 active members. I set up over 75 events with female role models. With VRT, they launched over 40 new female experts in news programs. With Stella P, they made over 250 women visible for board membership. With KBC, they convinced over 50 female founders to start their own business in the KBC@StartIt accelerator.

Together with Veerle Pappaert, I launched the 72 hours reload trips in 2016. These 3-day inspirational trips connect female leaders from all over the world in locations ranging from New York and Marrakech to Portugal, Copenhagen and Lapland. We celebrated our 10th birthday edition end September 2020, in the Ardennes. Unique encounters and unique experiences.

Throughout my professional career in stakeholder engagement, corporate communications, public relations and public affairs, I had the pleasure to work with many leaders in the political, media, academic and business arena. I shared my vision on more than 100 conference stages. I regularly publish opinion articles and am interviewed on the topic of female leadership in national media.
