FunnyFest produces 125 shows, workshops and seminars per year including: 26th Annual FunnyFest Calgary Comedy Festival, MAY 28 to JUNE 7, 2026 (FEATURES: 20 shows, 70 performers, 6 comics per show and 11 themes); Up to 50 FUNNYFEST COMEDIANS for hire, comedy tour shows, 26th Annual FunnyFest Comedy COMPETITION, April 16 to 25, 2026. Monthly comedy series, comedy workshops, comedy writing, Christmas Comedy Special, NYE Extravaganza.

FunnyFest Comedy was founded and is produced by Stu Hughes. FunnyFest Comedy was conceived as a way to spread the "Gift of Laughter" by showcasing a world of hilarious COMEDY PERFORMERS, and by delivering world class comedy seminars and workshops.

26th Annual FUNNYFEST Comedy does it ALL -- From high brow to low brow and everything in between! FunnyFest Comedy Society is a non-profit organization produced entirely by volunteers and offers MUCH MORE than it takes from the community.
