The costs and funding of dispute resolution is at the heart of securing access to justice, and the seminars aim to continue the discussions on the developments in costs and funding in Europe and at the global level. From December 2022 – October 2023, the team of the Vici project ‘Affordable Access to Justice’ at Erasmus School of Law will organise a seminar series dedicated to the Future of Costs and Funding of Civil Justice.
